At Dellvita, we make sure every order is handled with care from the moment you check out to the moment it arrives at your door. Here is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom. No minimum order value is required.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed before 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on Sunday will begin processing the next available business day.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days. In most cases, you can expect to receive your order within 6 to 11 business days from the date you placed your order.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties, customs, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time through our tracking page.
Damaged or Lost Package
Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. If you receive a damaged package or believe your order has been lost during transit, please contact us at info@dellvita.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at info@dellvita.com. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@dellvita.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been submitted for processing. If your order has already shipped, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
