At Dellvita, we do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Free shipping

All orders ship free to the United Kingdom. No minimum order amount required.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses within England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not ship to BFPO addresses.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. If you place your order before 18:00 Monday through Saturday, processing begins that same day. Orders placed after 18:00 or on Sunday will start processing the next available business day.

Delivery time

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days. Most orders arrive within 6 to 11 business days from the date of purchase.

Delivery timeframes are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions or anything else outside our control.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow your package at any time through our tracking page.

Damaged or lost package

Inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged or you believe your package was lost in transit, contact us at info@dellvita.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

Incorrect address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, reach out to us immediately at info@dellvita.com. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@dellvita.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been submitted for processing. If your order has already shipped, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
