What is Dellvita?
Dellvita is an online fashion store offering a carefully curated selection of clothing for women and men. We believe great style should be effortless and accessible, which is why we handpick every piece with real life in mind. Although our company is based in The Netherlands, Dellvita has been created specifically for customers in the United Kingdom.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After your order ships, delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days. In most cases, you can expect to receive your order within 6 to 11 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order has shipped.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom with no minimum purchase required.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. To start a return, email us at info@dellvita.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days to reflect the amount in your account. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info@dellvita.com.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. If you would like a different size or style, email us at info@dellvita.com with your order number and what you are looking for. The quickest option is to return the original item and place a new order for what you want.
What payment methods do you accept?

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time through our tracking page.
What if my order has not arrived yet?
First, check the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If more than 11 business days have passed since your order was placed and you still have not received it, please contact us at info@dellvita.com and we will look into it straight away.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@dellvita.com if you need to make a change or cancel your order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted for processing. If your order has already shipped, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
