At Dellvita, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to accept any return requests.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unwashed, in its original condition with all tags still attached, and free from any signs of use or damage. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

How to Start a Return

Send us an email at info@dellvita.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll get back to you within 24 hours with the return address and next steps. Please do not send anything back before hearing from us — items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Item?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you received something defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@dellvita.com. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and make it right.

Exchanges

Want a different size or style? Send us an email at info@dellvita.com with your order number and what you'd like instead. The quickest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days to reflect the amount in your account — this is outside of our control. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please reach out to us at info@dellvita.com.
