At Dellvita, we want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, just let us know.

Return window

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return. After that, we can no longer accept it.

Eligibility

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags still attached. If it shows signs of use or damage, we cannot accept the return.

How to start a return

Email us at info@dellvita.com with your order number and why you want to return it. We will reply within 24 hours with the return address and next steps. Please wait for our reply before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping is at your expense. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for packages that get lost on the way back.

Damaged or incorrect item?

Check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, get in touch within 30 days at info@dellvita.com. We will cover the return shipping and fix it.

Exchanges

Want a different size or style? Email us at info@dellvita.com with your order number and what you are looking for. The easiest way is to return the original and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and check it over, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days on their end.
